Jennifer Liu is a Doctor of Optometry (OD) with special interest in comprehensive eye care, pediatric & adult low vision, and ocular manifestations of systemic disease. She graduated from State University College of Optometry Class of 2022. She completed her residency in Primary Care Optometry with an emphasis on Ocular Disease and Low Vision at Veterans Affairs New Jersey Health Care System in 2023 before joining UPMC as an assistant clinical professor.

She sees patients at UPMC St Margaret for comprehensive eye exams and UPMC Mercy Vision Institute for low vision rehabilitation. 

Dr. Liu is passionate about clinical education, community service, and public health. She is dedicated to creating accessible and inclusive eye care, especially for patients with disabilities.
