Dr. Hagan was part of the Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital.  His background includes receiving a bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Queens University Belfast, a masters of science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Surrey and his PhD was from the University of Liverpool, “Linear and Non-Linear Aspects of the mfERG.
